This unique night light looks to be made of popcorn plastic melted into a dress for a plastic bodied doll. The doll has open close eyes when laid down and her arms are jointed and move. The back of the doll says Hong Kong, which is the only identifying markings. The cord has a dial off on switch and these work with a 4 watt nightlight bulb.
