Vintage Duncan and Miller Canterbury Blue Opalescent Dish

Vintage Duncan and Milller blue opalescent dish is in the Canterbury pattern. Measures 1-1/2" tall x 9" diameter at top.
This is a used piece and shows visible signs of wear and use.
No cracks, but three small flea bites that are slightly discolored in three separate spots on top rim--although we are not sure, we think these could be manufacturing flaws. Several small flea bite rough spots on inside inner rim of bottom side ring rim. Visible scuff marks and scratches/utensil marks top and bottom, consistent with moderate use and handling, and visible scuff/scratch to bottom side bottom ring rim.
