    Great Uncle's things ... based on the box contents, presumed to be 1940s ... no idea.
    AA Batteries were introduced in 1907 ... I know, crazy - who woulda thought?
    4x rhinestones - if they're diamonds, oh well ...
    Gold Tone USA label on reverse.
    Measures 2" x 1 ¾" x ⅞" thick plus the leg; weights a couple ounces w/o batteries.
    Presumed to be a night-light as it has a leg to stand on. :)
    Or, I've seen antique/vintage 'purse lights' ... back before cell phones and built-in flashlights!
