Older Asian RED CLAY POTTERY TEAPOT RAISED ENAMEL flowers & arrows w/ underplate

This listing is for the teapot and under plate pictured.
This set is in very good condition.  No nicks, chips, cracks or repairs.  The teapot interior does have crazing and discoloration.  The woven rattan handle is in excellent condition.  I believe the painting is enamel and it is in excellent condition. Please review the photos as further description of condition and appearance.
I don't know much of anything about this pair.  It is marked GG.  I believe the painting is enamel but don't know that for certain.  Guessing this is Asian given the size, shape and rattan handle.  But again all guesses.

The pot is about 6" from handle to spout.  About 4" wide and about 7.5" tall.
The underplate / saucer / bowl is about 1 1/8" high with about a 4 7/8th" diameter.
