North American Bear Co VIB 1989 'BEAR NOEL' Christmas Limited Edition #3801/8000

Description

This was one of my 'special' Bears - from the North American Bear Company of Chicago, IL 'VIB' (Very Important Bear) Christmas Collection - BEAR NOEL - wearing his off-white suit with gold accents, and carrying his gold lame sack of toys. He was produced in 1989, and measures about 22 inches tall. He also has a numbered ribbon on his arm: #3801 of 8000 made. He was displayed briefly for the Holidays for a few years, and since then has been stored in an air conditioned, smoke free environment. There are a couple spots/age stains on his white jacket, and there is some deterioration of the 'lame' on his sack (see last photos) - I have made no attempts to clean it; NABCO recommends wiping with Woolite. I ship Monday through Friday; I do not ship on weekends.
US Buyers: USPS Shipping (weight appropriate) with Delivery Confirmation (uninsured) in the US (Priority Mail options include insurance). Contact me if you want any additional services. I am also willing to meet for local pick-up on large items.
Buyers outside the US:  Shipping is by First Class International Mail (uninsured/no tracking) or by USPS Priority Mail International with Delivery Confirmation (insured and tracked, where available). Please use the Shipping Calculator or contact me.
* Note: I travel several times a year, during which time I can usually communicate, but am not able to ship. Rather than revise all my listing each time I travel, I will adjust the “Handling Time” to reflect how long I will be away. If you have any questions about this, please contact me.

With First Class International, there is post office tracking available for most packages; however, packages have sometimes taken a month to reach overseas destinations, so please consider Priority Mail if you want the purchase to arrive quickly.
