The Philips Norelco SensoTouch Dual Precision Heads can be easily replaced using the click off, click on system. Simply pop the head of your Philips Norelco series 6000 shaver open and sweep away loose hairs with the included cleaning brush. Then click on the Philips Norelco SensoTouch Dual Precision Heads.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
"Ship Time" is the time the carrier takes to deliver your order. It does not include the time we take to process your order. All orders normally ship out within 5 business days. If there are any delays, you will be contacted.
We normally use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Priority Mail. However. The carrier is based on package size, weight, value, and destination. At this time, we do not accept requests for a specific carrier. It will be determined by the warehouse at the time of shipment.
For International Shipments: Taxes, including import fees, duties, customs fees and/or any import charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you believe that the item purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options. In order to initiate the refund process, buyer must contact us within 30 Days of receipt of item. All returns will require a return authorization. Please note that we will only pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due only to our error.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on MOST items, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition and within 30 Days. This applies to both the item and retail packaging. Buyer will be responsible for both original and return shipping charges. Seller will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once the item has been received AND agreed to the mutual cancellation.
International returns: shipping fees on returns will always be the responsibility of the international buyer.
