2) I do accept returns.  Refunds will be for price of item only.
Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.
Any breakable/electronic items returned, MUST have insurance.
All items must be returned in condition in which they were received.
3)  All breakable/electronic Items include insurance. If an item arrives broken, e-mail me to let me know as soon as possible. DO NOT SEND IT BACK.  Take a photo of the broken item, and I will give you my personal e-mail to send me the photo and I will then make the insurance claim and issue a refund. Refund will be for price of item only, shipping and handling are non-refundable.
4)  I DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, SORRY.  No international, no APO/FPO, lower 48 states only.
