Handmade 1:10 wooden museum quality model 1848 Stage Coach (made from kit by Artesania Latina)
The model of the stage coach 1/10, it is assembled manually from the Artesania Latina set!!! Length is 400 mm, width is 125 mm, height is 265 mm.
The luggage
section
is made of faux leather and opens on the one side. At desire it is possible to close. The luggage compartment on a roof is made of a wire, the wire was curved on the necessary corner, cut, glued and painted. There are 3 suitcases on a roof
from tree/ faux leather are pasted. There are two lamps, without wires and don't burn.
The stage coach is assembled according to the instruction, I made changes in color of details only. At the end the stage coach is completely varnished semi-gloss in three layers. It is varnished both outside and inside.
It is a little about me:
my name is Tatyana, I am 31 years old. I am engaged in assembly of wooden models more than 5 years. For this period 4 ships have been assembled, 3 of which have been presented. The stage coach kit has been bought more for a change and for interest. However this kit carried away me much more than ships. I admit that modeling is only a hobby in free time in which nobody trained me. I love any sets for assembly very much so there are also models of
cars 1/8, 1/10 at home. But from wooden models the stage coach and a section of the ship – the two models which I have initially decided to leave for myself for memory.
However, there is a reason that I need to sell them. Guarantee period of my car came to an end and I decided to change it on a new car. That is why I need for money. Sale of the stage coach won't cover all monetary need, however will accelerate purchase of the car unambiguously. With huge grief I should sell my creation of hands and souls. Therefore, I want so much that the stage coach will come to hands of the
collector
who won't make of it a toy for children or acquaintances, and will use as historical model of transport!
By the way, the billionaire Warren Buffett has similar or very similar model of the carriage in the study.
