Emiliomiti P6 Imperia+Monferinna Pasta Extruder - 220V, 3 PHASE - BARELY USED!
I purchased this machine as a "pet project" in the middle of COVID (it's about three years old now).
It likely has just under 100 hrs of run time on it total, as it wasn't used for a restaurant per se, just for catering some special events. Unfortunately, I have a job that takes up a majority of my time and can no longer do this as a hobby, therefore I no longer have the need for it.
The machine will come ready to go with the cutter, blade, fan assembly, watercooling ability, Stand/roller for the unit, all 8 dies shown in the pictures above, and everything else that came standard with this machine (i.e. spanner wrench). This machine is in EXCELLENT condition and has been babied throughout every step of the process - however the auger does have "knicks" in it, which does not affect any function. I would be happy to send you a picture of that.
New, this is being quoted around 12,500 depending on delivery location.
This unit has been cleaned, tested and is ready to work, but please note that it is currently designed to run on 3 phase power and not single phase - buyer is responsible for having any conversion work done after delivery on their own behalf with their own funds if their building/business does not operate with 3 phase.
-Buyer to pay freight shipping costs, or local Boston/Providence area pickup is available. In addition, it is possible I can deliver to this to about three hours or so away (NYC for example) with little or minimal charge to save us both money. Simply put, I'd love to do an in person deal as eBay takes nearly 15%.
