Huge large beautiful, hand crafted, glass swan bowl by the renown Duncan & Miller company.
Produced between 1943 and 1955.
This swan Bowl measures approx. 15 ½”from the swan's neck to the tip of its tail, about 8 3/4" wide and 11" to the top of the swan's head.
The neck and head of the swan was hand applied and they even have the indents in the head for the eyes!
Ground, polished bottom.
The neck of the swan is actually the handle and you can see there is an indentation on the neck for placing your finger and your thumb rests on the neck like the handle on a pitcher.
Condition details: There is a round tiny hole at the end of the tail- see picture # , it does not look like a chip it doesn’t sharp edges.
There is a minute spot on the beak of the swan that is where the artist crimped the glass to make the beak, it is not a chip.
I only mentioned these details for full disclosure.
Great Vintage -The glass is clear and sparkly- a few scratches on the bowl, nothing big to point it out. Please zoom and  view all pictures as they are part of the description
