    Description

    Duncan & Miller #55 Square Bottom Mugs Set of 2 Red Handles RARE Hard to Find
    This was a small line of barware made by Duncan & Miller in the 1930's. A set of the tumblers in this line can be seen on page 73 of the Duncan book by Leslie Pina. I've seen this pattern included with the Venetian line, but I doubt that is correct. The Venetian line has a much heavier column than the graceful lines that extend from the bottom to the top of this line. These 2 mugs have red handles. Duncan made several lines that included crystal mugs with a variety of colored handles.
    The mugs are in very good condition with just some minor chips on the bottom beveled edge.
    The mugs are about 4 1/2" tall.
    I rarely describe vintage china & glassware as perfect since it will acquire some use marks even from sitting on a shelf for most of its life. Vintage china & glassware may also have small bubbles, mold seams and marks that are inherent in the making of the item. I try to describe any issues that I consider more than average wear and certainly will point out any damage that I find. If nothing is noted it means the item does not have any damage, but it may have very minor use wear and the normal manufacturing conditions. I try to point out even minor items that I notice.

I weigh each item and then add one or two pounds for the estimated weight of the box and packing material. The shipping calculator is usually very close
    to the actual amount of the shipping.
