The silver overlay is fantastic. It looks like Rockwell, but I cannot find this particular design. The decoration is not signed but I did find this decoration on another piece which was marked sterling. The color is fantastic. It is a deep blue cobalt. The open finial has three separate sections. We have checked these carefully and have found them to be damage free. The sterling silver decoration is beautiful and complete, but is slightly worn on the edges and finial.

    This lovely Duncan and Miller cobalt candy dish is in
    Undamaged Condition
