With modelled animal head handle and spout, decorated with Buddhist lions amongst foliate tendeils, the base with a spurious mark of the Yongzheng emperor (1723-1735).
This little teapot is adorable but it is not authentic.
It is however a beautiful copy of the original and worthy of purchase to display at this price.
