PRESALES
Our store often presales a variety of items from comics to toys. These products are listed on our online stores to be purchased in advance before the official release date. The item will be shipped out on the official release date given to us from our distributors. Please note, presales are subject to damage in the shipping process and may arrive not as described within the listing. If that is the case, you will be notified of the damage.
PAYMENT POLICY
You will receive an invoice 24 hours after a successful purchase of an item. All payments must be made within 5 days of the purchase unless circumstances were made aware to us. We accept paypal, but if you have another payment method please contact us so we can accommodate your needs. The address we ship to is from the one listed in your paypal account.
Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped within 1 business day of a successful purchase. We ship through USPS to the continental United States. However, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii but additional charges may apply. Rest assured that item will be packaged safely and securely upon delivery.

Other items are dependent on the size, weight, and shape of the item. We also do combined shipping. So if you buy multiple items, you will be able to save on shipping costs. In certain situations, insurance and signature verification charges may be required. Returns have a 25% restocking fee.
