    Current world conditions has caused high shipping volume. USPS cannot handle the volume a timely fashion. Your package may take up to a

    to be delivered. Even with Priority Mail Service.  This issue is by USPS and is out of our control and their insurance does not cover delayed packages.  Keep this in mind when ordering from us.
    So if you are in a hurry we recommend you order locally.  There are too many possible reoccuring delays with the shipping industry for timely delivery.
    Winter Weather
    During the winter months, it make take us up to 5 business days to process your order.  This is due to us having to clear snow out of the way to get to parts. Also USPS an UPS may take a few days to reopen or restart pickup services.
    We have a 3 Day handling time!

    Insurance
    All items are insured for the purchase price. If an item is received damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and damage to the product(s).  Send us the photos via eBay messaging. We will then handle the insurance claim.
    If your item is not received by the estimated delivery date, please contact us via eBay Messaging.
    Returns
    You must contact Auto Parts Haven via eBay messaging in order to return an item within 14 days of the original delivery date. The item must be returned to Auto Parts Haven within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date. All items must be returned in the original packaging, and  in the condition it was sent in. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Once your return has passed our inspection,  the buyer will be refunded the purchase price, minus the original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. (Even if the item had free shipping, retail postage rates will be deducted from the refund)
    Inaccurately described items
    Contact us as soon as you receive the item via eBay messaging. Do not return the item unless we tell you to do so. Please note all serial numbers and tamper proof labels are applied, if they do not match what we have sent out then we will not issue a refund. eBay will be notified of return abuse.
