From the VIB / Very Important Bear series created by the North American Bear Company established in 1979.
Mr Spock, with removable Vulcan Ears (revealing Teddy Bear ears underneath) is wearing his Enterprise uniform which states "Live Long and ProsBear" !!  He carries his Tricorder and Communicator.  This 20" parody of Star Trek was produced from 1991 - 1994 and was licensed under Paramount Pictures.  Great for Teddy Bear collectors and Star Trek fans.
I owned my own store and was an authorized NABco dealer from 1984-2015
This collectible VIB is new store stock and still sealed in the original bag.
