    Retired series THE AUTHENTIC COLLECTIBLE QUARTER BEARS BY Timeless Toys. This is a 9"  2001 KENTUCKY Bear which  has a clear plastic pocket where you replace the paper quarter with the real one. There is an American flag decal on bottom of one paw and a toy soldier on bottom of the other paw and on the back it has an decal that resemble the states seal. It is pre-owned in great condition with tags.
