    Description

    I purchased this teapot at a sale and know nothing about it. It is very unusual and would to love more about it should anyone have information concerning the teapot. It is double layer clay with open work and features an oriental scene on both sides. The top of the teapot has floral and leaves on it. What was unusual to me was the bottom where the mark is. The signature is recessed up into the teapot very nicely onto another layer. The teapot measures 4 1/2" tall x 5 3/4" wide.  There is no glaze on the teapot. It is in mint condition.  I have no idea how old it might be or anything other than it is very well made, marked and nice.  Thank you for looking and free shipping for you.
