    Description

DESCRIPTION:  Gorgeous Brush McCoy Pottery Vase marked 050 on the bottom.  In the Gloss Onyx Finish- a dripping blend of Green, Turquoise-Green and Black Colors.  Onyx Dates from 1924- so from the 1920's.
    SIZE:  Measures just under 7" at ~ 6 3/4" tall X ~5" at widest X 3" top opening.
    WEIGHT: 2 Lbs., 0.1 Oz.
CONDITION: Good but does have some small chips at base area- see Photo #11 and also Photo #1- as vase sits-on bottom left area.  Also there are marks from whatever holds the pottery up in the kiln while being fired, creating two parallel lines on bottom rim edge, and you can feel these around bottom edge.  See photo #11 & #12.  There is one glaze pop, -these surface imperfections are normal with this type pottery- see photo #9.  I think the bottom chips could be touched up, and that overall this is a really beautiful piece.
