Antique 2 Light Candelabra CUT GLASS CRYSTALS Duncan Miller 65 Heisey Circa1900!

This is a
GORGEOUS
antique 2 light
candelabra.
I originally believed it to be
by
Heisey
but someone wrote to tell me it is by
Duncan-Miller #65 produced first in 1900.
But since I am not sure as I have seen similar ones in Heisey I wrote both. It is so
LARGE
and
IMPRESSIVE!
It has two bobeches and each has 5 cut glass rectangle crystals and the top bead is square cut too! It has paneling in several areas, and the graceful base and stem, (which is also hollow) and curves up and has a paneled detail too. The arms are also paneled and the center detailed ringed and pointed area are all paneled. There are big diamonds in the center arm holder as well. The candle holders unscrew from a silver plated or chrome collar which also unscrews and is removable as well as the bobeche holder around and it all comes apart. The center arm holder also comes apart from the top (unscrews too) and the base. There are rubber washers in the areas on the arms that hold the candle holders. Tight fit and no wobbling! It measures  13" tall, 14" wide and is 5 7/8" in diameter at the base.  Great condition with no cracks or chips. There is one area that has a small scrape about 1/8" wide and 1/2" long on the base near the edge underneath and inside. (please see the last photo taken on a black scarf) It is not very noticeable.
