Tongue and groove router bit body is made of solid hardened steel. The blade is made of industrial grade high quality micro grain tungsten carbide.
Tongue and groove set are used for making drawer, kitchen and bathroom doors, office cabinets, flooring tables, bedroom shelves, outdoor frames, walls, other woodworking.
The router bits fit for different kinds woods, MDF, particle board, plywood compact panel. Please don't use it to cut ferrous metal and non wood materials, such as: steel, iron, etc
The wood cutting tool set includes a tongue router bit and a groove router bit with a 1/2" shank, they are with an anti-kickback design for optimal safety.
Maintenance:
1. When router shank is running at high speed, timely replenishment of lubricant is very important to the service life of the shank. After 2-3 hours of operation, please add a little lubricant.
2. It is important to keep the router bits clean. After use, please remove the resin, wood chips and other contaminants from the wood, and clean the bits using standard industrial solvents.

Safety instructions:
1. Blades permanently enclosed in a cartridge or housing with less than 2mm of blade exposed.
2. Please wear goggles and use ear protection equipment when working. Avoid getting your body or clothes close to the tool when using.
3. This router bits are designed for portable and desktop woodworking machines and cannot be used on machines such as electric drills and drill presses.
4. Can be used for hard wood, softwood, synthetic board and so on to produce a smooth surface, but to avoid processing copper, iron and other metal materials and sand, stone and other non-wood materials.
5. Router shank must be completely inserted into the collect(not include) and tightened firmly to provide sufficient clamping force to the tool, otherwise it will easily cause the shank to break and cause the tool to be damaged.
