This auction is for a lot of what we believe to be 2 Empress Arts Limited miniature hand painted enameled copper teapots. One teapot is marked EMPRESS ARTS. MADE IN CHINA and the other one is marked © COPYRIGHT EMPRESS ARTS LTD, 1999. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. EMPRESS ARTS LTD. DESIGNED IN U.S.A. MADE IN CHINA. The teapots appear to have copper bodies and an enameled finish. None of the teapot’s components were attracted to a magnet when tested. One of the teapots is designed with hummingbirds and flowers and the other one has a seascape beach scene-type design. The teapots vary in size and shape. The bird teapot stands roughly 4 1/4” in height including the handle and the other teapot measures roughly 4 1/8” in height including the handle. The combined weight of the teapots is roughly 9 oz. The teapots have scratches, nicks, dings, small chips in the enamel, discoloration, and manufacturing imperfections.
