Welded together as one piece to be hung up. Very rough condition, has rust and rot, the chrome is in terrible shape. These are old used parts with signs of age and flaws so take a good look at the pictures to be sure of condition and content. Also feel free to ask for more close up pictures of flaws. It looks great from a distance but up close is not pretty. Wired up 12v low amp tail lights to plug into a wall outlet.
