1.) This is a high quality, made in the USA, Starrett Bandsaw blade welded to 9' 11-1/2".
NOTE: Recommended for Aluminum and steel solids approximately 1" to 2" in diameter. Run at Approximately 80-180 surface feet per minute band speed and use quality cutting fluid for maximum life.
2.) Patented Bi-metal Unique technology creates a stronger bond between the teeth and blade backing than the competitor's blades. This is what makes Starrett's blades top of the line in the industry!
3.) I would recommend this band for all but the hardest of metals. It will last around 5 to 10 times longer on metals than standard carbon steel flexback blade.
